Any feedback You provide to this Website shall be deemed to be non-confidential. WSL shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis. Further, by submitting the feedback, You represent and warrant that (i) Your feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information of You; (ii) WSL is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the feedback; (iii) WSL may have something similar to the feedback already under consideration or in development; and (iv) You are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from WSL for the feedback under any circumstances.
WeP Digital Services Reward Point
WeP Digital Services Reward Points will be associated to the user’s email id and points shall be based on the scheme announced by WeP Digital Services Limited. WeP Digital reserves absolute right to frame the scheme as per its commercial requirements.
WeP Digital Services Reward Points cannot be transferred from one account to another.
WeP Digital Services Reward Points can only be used to buy products/deals from portal.wepdigital.com
WeP Digital Services Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
WeP Digital Services Reward Points can be credited only by activities but not limited to such as Gift Voucher, Order Refunds.
The expiration of the WeP Digital Services Reward Points will depend on the activity it is being credited against.
WSL reserves the right to decide/alter/change the expiration period of the activities at any time with or without notice.
As a guest user customers will not be eligible for using WeP Digital Services Reward Points.
WSL reserves the right to extend or terminate the validity of WeP Digital Services Reward Points associated to any activity.
WSL has no obligation to compensate the customer after the termination/expiration date of the WeP Digital Services Reward Points.
WSL reserves the right at any time, without notice, to add/alter/change/or vary any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, the WeP Digital Services Reward Points feature with any other feature, whether similar to this or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
The use of the WeP Digital Services Reward Points by the customer for redemption will be deemed to the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in addition to the rest of the terms and conditions and that the customers understand and agree to be unconditionally bound by the same.
WSL reserves the right to disqualify any customers from the benefits mention herein above. In case of any fraudulent activity, prosecution will be carried out against the concerned customer.
WSL shall collect the taxes as applicable including goods and services tax as per prevailing laws at the time of encashing the reward points for supply of goods or services, as the case may be.
Role of WeP and Service Provider:
The WEP online portal is developed, maintained and updated by WEP. The process of payment authorization and receipt, order acceptance and fulfilment, and other physical portions of a transaction are managed by the Service provider. As stated, Service Provider shall be solely responsible for fulfilment of all orders successfully placed through the WeP Online Store including but not limited to invoicing, payment processing and product delivery to customers. In no event shall WEP, its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, consultants or employees etc. be liable for any purchases made through the WEP Online store. You hereby, to the fullest extent permissible, waive any and all claims that you may have against WEP and its Representatives arising as a result of or in relation to the WEP online store or purchases made through the WEP Online store including, inter-alia, claims relating to payment and delivery of the products.
Service Provider will initiate processing your order upon receipt of payment for all non COD orders. In the event of issues such as incomplete address, mismatch of amount with order value, stock not available for one or complete set of products ordered and any such issues that could potentially delay the delivery, such orders will be referred to Customer Service Representatives (CSR). CSR will call or mail you to inform the issues. Only upon resolution of the issues, the order will be processed.
Service Provider will make all attempts to arrange delivery of the ordered goods within 15 days in majority of the cities that are well connected or serviced by leading courier companies in normal circumstances subject to availability of stock in your city. Should the delivery location be remote or poorly connected through couriers, it may take longer time to deliver. While the endeavour by Service Provider shall be to deliver within 15 days, there shall no liability whatsoever for any delays
Limitation of Liability:
The liability, if any, of Service Provider and WEP towards a user under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount payable by User to the Service Provider. Neither Service Provider nor WEP shall be liable for any indirect, special or consequential costs or damages of whatever nature, including but not limited to, lost revenues or profits, downtime costs, loss or damage to data or other intangible losses, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this Website, Products and/ or the services and/ or the Agreement or with the delay or inability to use this Website, or for any information, materials and/ or Products uploaded, posted, emailed, transmitted and/ or obtained through this Website, or otherwise arising out of the use of this Website, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. This provision does not limit either party’s liability for: unauthorized use of intellectual property, nor any liability which may not be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Delivery and Acceptance of Goods:
Service Provider will initiate the dispatch of goods through courier, postal or other means of transport as deemed fit, in original packing for Printers. However in case of select products where additional packaging is required to secure the product from transit damage, Service Provider may provide for the same. The addressee shall receive and accept the goods as long as the ordered products are delivered without material physical damage to the original product packaging. Non-acceptance of goods for any reasons other than that stated will be considered as order cancellation and cancellation charges as applicable will be levied. Courier will make two attempts to deliver the goods in a span of 3 days. If the premises are locked or if the nominated recipients are not available, it will be treated as undeliverable and the courier will initiate return of goods to Service Provider. If such returned goods are to be redelivered without order cancellation, Service Provider can charge an additional 2% of the cost of goods or Rs.500/- whichever is higher towards the freight cost. However, if cancelled, Cancellation charges of 5% of cost of goods will also be charged additionally.
Replacement, Returns & Cancellations Policy

All the materials and products (including but not limited to software) and services, included on or otherwise made available to you through the Store shall be covered by standard product warranty offered by the manufacturer. The products are provided “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied except otherwise specified in writing. Nothing on this website constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind and you are requested to perform independent analysis before ordering the products. In case of any manufacturing defect that is identified during the Warranty period, the customer should contact the WEP authorized Service Center with the following details:
Details of the product owner, ticket number or invoice, product code, product serial number and the symptoms associated with the failure.
If you transfer a product to another user, warranty service will be available to that customer for the remainder of the warranty period.
It is your responsibility or that of the person receiving the goods on your behalf to ensure that the package is properly sealed and not tampered with.
WEP and Service Provider shall not be liable for any failure and/or delay on their part in performing any of its obligation under this Agreement and/or for any loss, damage, costs, charges and expenses incurred and/or suffered by the User by reason thereof if such failure and/or delay shall be result of or arising out of Force Majeure Event set out herein. Explanation: "Force Majeure Event" means any event due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of WEP and/or Service Provider, including, without limitation, unavailability of any communication system, sabotage, fire, flood, earthquake ,explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, lockout, and/or industrial action of any kind, breakdown of transportation facilities, riots, insurrection, hostilities whether war be declared or not, acts of government, governmental orders or restrictions breakdown and/or hacking of the Website and/or contents provided for availing the Products and/or services under the Website, such that it is impossible to perform the obligations under the Agreement, or any other cause or circumstances beyond the control of WEP and/or Service Provider hereto which prevents timely fulfillment of obligation of WEP and/or Service Provider.
Select products may be offered on EMIs as a promotional offer. This EMI offer may be restricted to credit cards of select banks. The subvention charges may be partly or fully charged to the customer as part of the offer. Such EMI offers are subject to approval by the respective banks.
